Both tenants are Fortune 500 companies and the #1 and #2 renal care entities in the United States. All of the properties have stipulated rental increases over the anticipated holding period. The Trust has obtained a non-recourse loan structured on a 10-year term at 3.86% with five years interest only and five years of amortization.
